Ivy League Kennel LLC is a locally and professionally owned business that operates on our 3-acre farmette. We believe traditional boarding facilities where the dog spends most, if not all, of their day in crates and left unattended overnight is obsolete.
At Ivy League Kennel, our moto is "A good dog is a tired dog", and we incorporate as much playtime and daily activities as your dog can handle. When they come inside, they fall to rest happily. With our professional training experience, we are able to match temperaments and dogs appropriately for playtimes.

Some dogs love making friends, others prefer their own space, and we respect both. Social dogs can enjoy supervised group play with compatible companions. Others, wether it be an unsociable dog or you simply prefer your dog not interact with others, can relax with private accommodations, individual exercise, and leashed hikes around the property.

We specialize in behavioral rehabilitation and can incorporate rehab activities into your dog’s daily boarding routine; examples of focus areas include fear-based behavior or behavioral aggression rehabilitation. When you book your appointment, please let us know if there are any behaviors you would like addressed, and we can discuss a plan for success!

We are a boutique boarding facility. We take a small amount of dogs allowing us to provide 24/7 trusted care with unlimited engagement with your dog. We care for them like they are our own.

WE HAVE TWO PROGRAMS:
​
Regular: $75 per day - 2 daily play times with other dogs and/or walks included. (Time adjusted according to dog needs)
​
VIP: $125 per day - added daily professional training sessions, socialization, hiking, going to the beach, swimming, public outings, unlimited play time with both dogs and trainers, cuddling.

FULL BATH: shampoo and lanolin, blow dry, brush, nails cut and dremeled, ear cleaning, teeth brushed, anal glands

Large dogs or medium coat - $100

FULL GROOMING with HAIRCUTS: price depends on type of cut and hair.
We have two professional groomers to pamper your dog. Grooming can be paired with day care activity as well. Get your dog tired and clean! A win win!

our Daily routine
Our day starts hitting the ground running at
5:30 am. We recognize all dogs are different, and therefore, so are their routines! Some will go to small groups in the play area, and some are leash walked, but we make sure all dogs get of plenty exercise alined to their individual needs.
​
Drop off times are between 8:00am - 12:00pm.
All daily activities are discussed with the owners ahead of time and done per owner's request and agreement. VIP boarders will receive obedience training incorporated throughout the day with Sharon.

Pick up times are between 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
​
Final potty breaks and play times are completed at 10:00pm, and this is where we tuck everyone in and say "Goodnight!".​

We prioritize an environment that is both relaxing yet exciting for your dog to experience and explore in a structured manner. This allows for a constant state of satisfaction for the dogs.

We have free ranging chickens, sheep, and goats. Our property is set up to allow all animals to have their own space but to be able experience each other's sights, sounds, and smells.
​
Our climate-controlled sleeping quarters are spacious and include nature sounds, waterfall and birds singing, both of which have been proven to ease stress and anxiety. Our property is unique and different from the majority of boarding facilities - we live here! Since it is first and foremost our home, dogs are never left unattended overnight, and our whole property is under security surveillance. We dedicate our lives to dogs; we spend our days playing, training, grooming, and taking care of the dogs all while providing guidance and feedback to their owners.
